Can I return a product?
We will accept the return of products as long as they have not been opened or used and are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
You have a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept returns.
You must send us the product and, once we verify that it is in perfect condition, We will make the refund through the same payment method you used to pay for the order (or a gift card), less the original shipping costs. Shipping costs to BNC in exchanges or returns are your responsibility.
You are responsible for ensuring that both the product and its packaging reach us in perfect condition; if not, we will not be able to make the refund. Use the same box in which the order arrived (or a similar one) to avoid damage to the packaging during transport.

What happens if a product in my order is wrong or defective?
